It is your responsibility to call the building management of each
office building: have the manager fax to A.T.B. Moving their insurance
requirements and move in and move out procedures.
• Your office relocation is a great time to reorganize file
cabinets, and the contents of individual rooms. You may want to
dispose of or store some of the unnecessary items.
• Be sure to secure drawers very well.
We advise all filing cabinets be emptied with the exception
of the bottom drawer. This procedure will minimize Risk of damage
to any metal or wooden file cabinet.
• Make sure to reserve dock and elevator time at both the
origin and destination locations.
• Speak with the Moving Company Representative about the special
items in your office: computers, copy machines, and any other equipments
and/or unique items that may require special handling.
• Make arrangements with your Utilities and Service Providers:
Phone Company, ISP, Power Company, etc. |
